The new Deadpool trailer arrives on Christmas day, and 20th Century Fox continues to build to it during the "12 Days of Deadpool" event. The latest promos to feature Ryan Reynolds' smart-ass merc are a cool IMAX poster featuring the film's cast (and a certain Marvel legend for shits and giggles) and a trailer tease with the world's largest chimichanga.
Is it all starting to be too much? Is Fox going overboard in pushing the idea of Deadpool's irreverent attitude? Fans of the character are certainly happy to see him so faithfully rendered on the big screen, but even this fan has to admit it's starting to get a little annoying. As a result this upcoming trailer isn't as much of an event as it should be.
Directed by Tim Miller and co-starring Morena Baccarin, Ed Skrein, T.J. Miller, Gina Carano, Andre Tricoteaux, Leslie Uggams, and Brianna Hildebrand. Deadpool opens February 12th 2016.
