*UPDATE* Taron Egerton And Hugh Jackman Hit The Slopes In First 'Eddie The Eagle' Trailer

*UPDATED with the first trailer and poster!*

Hollywood loves an underdog sports story, even one where the hero isn't so triumphant. Kingsman: The Secret Service star Taron Egerton plays failed Olympic skier Eddie "The Eagle" Edwards in the comedic biopic, Eddie the Eagle, and now the first trailer has been released to go along with USA Today's images of him alongside co-star, Hugh Jackman.

Produced by Egerton's 'Kingsman' director Matthew Vaughn with frequent collaborator Dexter Fletcher (Kick-Ass) making his directorial debut, the film centers on the quirky Edwards who represented Great Britain in ski jumping at the 1988 Calgary Olympics, making him their first in the sport ever.  Edwards became a national hero despite finishing dead last in the competition, primarily because he was such an underdog. He had no funding and had such poor vision he earned the nickname "Mr. Magoo". Jackman plays Edwards' trainer, Chuck Berghorn.

Also starring Christopher Walken, Eddie the Eagle opens February 26th 2016.
