Look out, here comes Lily-Rose Depp! The daughter of Johnny Depp has slowly edged her way into Hollywood, first appearing in Kevin Smith's horror film, Tusk, as one of the two disaffected clerks. That was just the set up for her next role in Smith's Yoga Hosers, which will be premiering this month at Sundance. While she's also got a lead role in the French biographical drama The Dancer coming up at some point, Depp's biggest role to date will be opposite Natalie Portman in Planetarium, and the first image from that has arrived.
Directed by Rebecca Zlotowski (the excellent Grand Central), Plantarium takes place in 1930s France and centers on two sisters who believe they can communicate with the dead. Sounds great already, and it speaks to Depp's talent that directors are seeking her out for projects that have nothing to do with her famous father.
