Where has once-popular director Paul Verhoeven been lately? While arguably his two most famous films, Total Recall and Robocop, have been remade by others, Verhoeven hasn't directed a feature since 2006's Black Book. Well now he's finally back with Elle, a psychological thriller starring the great Isabelle Huppert.
The first trailer, images, and poster have arrived for the home invasion thriller about a tough businesswoman who is raped in her home by an unknown attacker. She then sets out to stalk her assailant and get some form of revenge.
The film was shot in French and the trailer has no subtitles, so we'll update this post when an English version arrives.
