Two of the all-time great screen martial artists are ready to bring their furious fists to Vin Diesel's XXX: The Return of Xander Cage. According to Twitch, the action sequel has been joined by Ong-Bak's Tony Jaa and the legendary Jet Li. They also include the previously-revealed Indian actress Deepika Padukone.
Jaa has been one of Thailand's top stars for years but he recently made his big Hollywood debut in Furious 7, apparently impressing Diesel a great deal. Li is one of the most successful actors in Chinese history, and even though he's slowed down recently he continues to keep busy both here and abroad. He was last seen alongside other action heroes in The Expendables 3, and if there's a fourth one he'll probably be in that one, too. Hopefully both men will get a chance to show off their skills against Diesel, or against one another.
They join Diesel, Samuel L. Jackson, and UFC champ Conor McGregor in the DJ Caruso-directed flick, the third in the XXX franchise that launched in 2002.
