The last couple of years have given us The Fault In Our Stars and Me Before You, tween romances that were designed to make hearts swell and tears flow. So which movie will fill that role this time? It might be Everything, Everything, which stars The Hunger Games' Amandla Stenberg as a young woman who finds love despite the restrictions placed on her by a rare illness.
Directed by Stella Meghie and co-starring Nick Robinson, Anika Noni Rose, Ana de la Reguera, the adaptation of Nicola Yoon's novel follows a young girl who lives her life in a "Bubble Boy" situation, never able to leave a hermetically -sealed enclosure. Despite that, she still manages to fall in love with the boy next door who is determined not to let anything stop them.
Everything, Everything opens May 18th.
