First Look At The Royal Family Of Marvel's 'Inhumans'

Marvel is always busy but normally that's just on the big screen side of the aisle. This week has been jam packed with updates from the TV side, where we've seen a trailer for The Defenders and received word that Runaways is headed to Hulu. With Agents of SHIELD likely to be winding down soon, it's almost like Marvel TV has begun to take steps into a new era, and a big part of that will be ABC's Inhumans, which we now have a first look at.

No, these Inhumans won't have anything to do with the ones we saw for an entire season of 'SHIELD'. This series follows the Inhuman royal family with Eme Ikwaukor as Gorgon, Ken Leung as Karnak, Anson Mount as Black Bolt, Serinda Swan as Medusa, Isabelle Cornish as Crystal and Iwan Rheon as Maximus, all featured in the above image. No sign of their teleporting pet dog Lockjaw, unfortunately. He must be in "expensive VFX limbo" along with Old Lace.  

Think Game of Thrones with super powers and you've got an idea of what showrunner Scott Buck has in store. Inhumans will get a theatrical IMAX run beginning September 1st before the series hits ABC later in the fall.
