--The Amanda Seyfried starring RED RIDING HOOD will be shacked up on April 22nd. Catherine Hardwicke(Thirteen) is directing that film.
--The fifth(!!!) installment of the FINAL DESTINATION franchise will terrorize theaters on August 26th, right at the tail end of the summer blockbuster season. Kindof an odd place to put it where it could get lost in the shuffle.
--NEW YEAR'S EVE, a spinoff from this year's VALENTINE'S DAY will be partying on December 9th next year, with Garry Marshall and most of the cast expected to return. Blech.
--Because YOU demanded it, JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH 2 will stink up theaters on September 23rd.
--HORRIBLE BOSSES, the workplace comedy starring Jennifer Aniston, Jamie Foxx, Jason Bateman, and Colin Farrell has been given a release date of July 29th. Again, an odd choice as comedies have not fared well in the midst of the summer season lately.
