Rev up your engines, folks! Universal Pictures has just released the trailer for Fast Five, the fifth installment of the Fast and the Furious franchise. The film, which takes place after Fast and Furious but before Tokyo Drift(don't get confused!) sees Dom(Vin Diesel) and Brian(Paul Walker) on the run from the law. The man who's on the hunt for them? Why that'd be federal agent Luke Hobbs(Dwayne Johnson), looking like a younger, tanner, buffer version of the Monopoly dude. I'm lovin' the look of this. I had a lot of fun with Fast and Furious last year, and this one looks like it might pack even more action. How cool is that shot of the entire crew gathered together?
Justin Lin returns for the third time in a row to direct. Fast Five sees a number of the series' favorites returning, including Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, and Jordana Brewster.
