star is apparently a big deal, with a ton of fansites dedicated to her and her character on the show. She's also pretty damned hot. So much so that Esquire magazine recently named her the Sexiest Woman Alive. I know a few ladies better equipped to wear that crown, but whatever. She'll have a chance to show off what she's got in yet another sequel, as Variety reports she'll be playing joining the cast of American Reunion. Bowden will be playing the girlfriend to Oz(Chris Klein), in the comedy that sees pretty much the entire American Pie crew reuniting for their ten year high school reunion. From what we've already learned of the plot, Oz has struck it rich as the winner of a reality show competition. His girlfriend, Mia, is into him only for the money and decides to tag along to the reunion. This causes problems when Oz's ex, Heather(Mena Suvari) shows up with a man of her own.
Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg wrote the script and will direct, with a release date set for April 6th 2012. Jason Biggs, Seann William Scott, Alyson Hanigan, Tara Reid, Eugene Levy(who never really left), Thomas Ian Nichols, Eddie Kaye Thomas, Jennifer Coolidge, and basically anybody not named Natasha Lyonne will be back.
