New X-men: First Class clip featuring Beast; a couple of new TV spots

I think that Fox has done a bang up job in pushing X-men: First Class as the comic book movie event of the summer. Without slighting Thor, Green Lantern, or Captain America in any way, there's just something more exciting about team superhero flicks. And when it comes to teams, the X-men are the only game in town. At least until The Avengers comes out next year.

From Russia comes this new clip from Matthew Vaughn's mutant prequel, featuring Nicholas Hoult as Henry "Beast" McCoy. We've seen a lot of this introductory stuff before, but there are a few bits of new stuff in there as well. And then after that are two more TV spots, focusing a little more on some of the less visible, young characters. Check 'em out below...

PLOT
"X-MEN FIRST CLASS charts the epic beginning of the X-Men saga, and reveals a secret history of famous global events. Before mutants had revealed themselves to the world, and before Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time. Not archenemies, they were instead at first the closest of friends, working together with other Mutants (some familiar, some new), to prevent nuclear Armageddon. In the process, a grave rift between them opened, which began the eternal war between Magneto's Brotherhood and Professor X's X-Men.”

X-men: First Class hits theaters on June 3rd!
