Trailer Time: Carnage, directed by Roman Polanski

While the bulk of the talk around December's slate of movie has been focused on Steven Spielberg's twin bill of War Horse and The Adventures of Tintin, Sherlock Holmes, and Mission: Impossible, the film that I think has slipped a little bit under the radar is the one featuring the greatest assemblage of talent both behind and in front of the camera. Carnage is the latest from director Roman Polanski, an adaptation of Yasmina Reza's stageplay God of Carnage, showing what happens when two sets of upper class parents meet to discuss a fight between their sons.

That premise certainly isn't going to set anybody's pants on fire with excitement, but maybe the cast will. Kate Winslet, Christoph Waltz, John C. Reilly and Jodie Foster are set to put on an acting tutorial in this one. And those who think this is just another stuffy, bloated talker might want to peep out this trailer and the wackiness that ensues...

Convinced yet? Check out the insanity of Carnage yourself when it hits theaters on December 16th!
