Yep, Scary Movie 5 is definitely vying for the title of trashiest film ever. With the exception of a few, most of the casting for the largely unwanted comedy spoof has been of the stunt variety, and most of it hailing from the world of reality TV and oily gossip rags. Well now you can add three more such names into the mix, as Mike Tyson, Audrina Partridge, and Kendra Wilkinson are the latest to join.
Filming is already underway, but apparently director Malcolm Lee and co-writer David Zucker had three slots to fill in the "why are they still famous??" department. I've been amazed at how Mike Tyson continues to be relevant, as his movie career has been steady since 1999's Black and White, and almost always playing himself. Partridge has made something of a career for herself after reading her lines fairly well on The Hills, and Kendra is known for being hot, banging a rich geriatric, and for selling sex tapes of herself. She's also married to a guy who has proven he can't catch a football on multiple teams, even with an on-the-nose name like "Baskett". They join fellow celebrity trash Charlie Sheen, Lindsay Lohan, Sheree Whitfield, and Angela Raiola.
Legit actors Terry Crews, Simon Rex, Molly Shannon, Erica Ash, and Ashley Tisdale will do all the heavy lifting when Scary Movie 5 opens on April 19th 2013. [Blackfilm]
