New image of Ben Affleck and Olga Kurylenko in Terrence Malick's 'To the Wonder'

Shot early last year, the main image we've had from Terrence Malick's romantic drama To the Wonder has been the same old one of Ben Affleck and Rachel McAdams sharing a quiet moment. That has led to many people thinking the film would primarily focus on their relationship, but as recent reports have noted, and has been confirmed after the premier in Venice, is that's not at all the case.

A new image has been revealed and it's a better indication of what's in store. The shot features Affleck and ex-Bond Girl Olga Kurylenko having a good laugh, and it's them that the film spends the most time dealing with. Affleck plays Neil, a man who returns to his Oklahoma home town with Marina, his new European girlfriend. McAdams is still a part of the story, playing Neil's former flame, but her role is apparently not that big. Javier Bardem is a Catholic priest who is suffering a crisis of faith and becomes acquainted with Marina.  The film's title comes from France's Mont Saint-Michel, also known as the Wonder.

The film received a mixed response out of Venice, as expected for any Malick film, but we'll have to wait and see how it does after premiering in Toronto tonight.
