Cameron Crowe's New Film with Bradley Cooper and Emma Stone
Last Christmas saw no less than half a dozen movies arrive on Christmas Day, an annoying trend that won't be going away any time soon. Never mind that with so many films coming out at the same time maybe one or two will make any money. But it's happening again later this year, and the crowded field just got tighter with the addition of Cameron Crowe's latest effort.
Crowe's untitled comedy, formerly known as Deep Tiki, has been set for December 25th, when it will face off against Hot Tub Time Machiene 2, Disney musical Into the Woods, and Angelina Jolie's Unbroken. And that doesn't include The Hobbit: There and Back Again, Annie, and Night at the Museum 3 which come out a week earlier.
Starring Bradley Cooper, Emma Stone, Bill Murray, Rachel McAdams, John Krasinski, Danny McBride, and Alec Baldwin, Crowe's film tells the story of a military contractor (Cooper) on a secret launch mission in Hawaii. He teams up and begins to fall in love with an Air Force pilot (Stone) who helps him try and stop the launch, while facing the threat of island supernatural forces and a talking computer.
So you better get all that holiday shopping done early if you're planning to have the time to catch all of these flicks.
