Simon Pegg has always been a busy guy, but lately he's busier than ever. Right now he's currently off climbing skycrapers with Tom Cruise for Mission: Impossible 5, and he recently just signed up to co-write Star Trek 3 in which he'll reprise the role of Scotty. Somehow Pegg still found time to do something a little different, like play a hired killer in the crime comedy, Kill Me Three Times.
A new red band trailer for the hit man film has been released, and it looks like the big draw will be seeing Pegg's trademark humor given a slightly darker edge. The ensemble cast includes Teresa Palmer, Sullivan Stapleton, Alice Braga, Luke Hemsworth, Bryan Brown, and Callan Mulvey, most of them playing hindrances to Pegg's character as he tries to kill the wife of some rich guy.
Directed by Kriv Stenders, Kill Me Three Times hits VOD on March 26th and theaters April 10th.
