Sofia Coppola's Christmas Special Adds George Clooney, Amy Poehler, Miley Cyrus, and Maya Rudolph

Remember that Christmas TV special Lost in Translation's Sofia Coppola and Bill Murray were set to team up for? It just got a lot bigger and a lot starrier. THR reports that deals are being ironed out for George Clooney, Amy Poehler, Maya Rudolph, and Miley Cyrus to play themselves, just as Murray will. And yep, they'll be singing.

Here's how Murray described the project when it was revealed last fall...

"It’s not going to be live.  We’re going to do it like a little movie.  It won’t have a format, but it’s going to have music. It will have texture.  It will have threads through it that are writing.  There will be prose… It will have a patina style and wit to it.  It will be nice.”

Murray, who famously doesn't have an agent or manager, will play himself as he attempts to evade an agent desperately trying to sign him. A distribution deal is still being worked out for the show, but expect for it to air some time in 2015.
