Vanilla Ice Comes Out in Support of Adam Sandler's 'Ridiculous 6', Probably Because He's In It

Noted Native American activist, occasional rapper, actor, and TV reality star Vanilla Ice has come out in defense of Adam Sandler's film, Ridiculous 6.  The film has been under fire of late, not just for being unfunny, but for being insensitive and downright demeaning of Native American culture. It got so bad that a dozen of the Native actors decided it was better to leave than be part of it. While Netflix came out with a statement in support of Sandlers vision *snicker*, the script was leaked and confirmed just how lousy and insulting the whole thing is.

So what Sandler really needs is for the "Ice Ice Baby" guy, and the co-star of his terrible comedy That's My Boy, to speak up in support. Ice tells TMZ...

“It’s a comedy. I don’t think anybody really had any ill feeling or any intent or anything. This movie isn’t [Dances] With Wolves, it’s a comedy. They’re not there to showcase anything about anybody they’re just making a funny movie.”

And look, if anybody can see both sides of this situation it's Vanilla Ice because he's part Native American. He tweeted about his Chactaw heritage while posing for pictures from the set of the film, in which he plays Mark Twain. Yep, Vanilla Ice is Mark Twain. Why would anybody think this movie is stupid?
