With Jada Pinkett's Fish Mooney no longer causing trouble in Gotham, the series is getting a couple of villainous new characters to take her place. James Frain (Tron: Legacy) and Jessica Lucas (Cloverfield) have joined the regular cast of Gotham's second season as the evil sibling duo of Theo and Tabitha Galavan. Tabitha will later become the villain, Tigress.
Theo is a billionaire who is being hailed as the "savior" of the city, but of course there's something darker lurking underneath his pubic image...A new Gotham arrival, Galavan is the savior the city has been waiting for — he is sexy, heroic, and lovingly devoted to his sister Tabitha. But behind Galavan’s altruism is a centuries-old vendetta. Galavan and Tabitha (aka Tigress) will take chaos and violence to a new level in order to bleed Gotham. Their plan will lead to the creation of new villains… and the destruction of others.
As for the bullwhip-wielding Tabitha, she's basically her brother's polar opposite in terms of temperament...
