With roles in The Guest, Night at the Museum 3, and an upcoming starring turn opposite Emma Watson in Beauty and the Beast, Dan Stevens has made the most of his post-Downton Abbey career. The rising star actor is now ready to jump into another huge film, joining Anne Hathaway in the kaiju thriller, Colossal.
Stevens plays the boyfriend to Hathaway's character, a woman living in New York who moves back home after they break up. Upon returning home she discovers she has a strange connection to a giant monster terrorizing Seoul. The film, written and directed by Nacho Vigalondo, has been described as a cross between Godzilla and Lost in Translation. The rest of the cast includes Jason Sudeikis, Tim Blake Nelson, and Austin Stowell.
