There was very little doubt Tom Cruise and his buddy Christopher McQuarrie would be back for Mission: Impossible 6, but for weeks now there have been questions about the most popular star of the last film, Rebecca Ferguson. She's been on a roll ever since her breakout performance, snagging roles in The Girl On the Train and possibly Alien: Covenant. Would she be too busy to go on another mission with Ethan Hunt?
Turns out she does have the time and Showbiz411 says her contract is signed, sealed, and delivered. She'll return as the mysterious, butt-kicking, awesome yellow dress-wearing Isla Faust, and let's hope her second appearance isn't just a brief cameo like Michelle Monaghan's follow-up was in Mission: Impossible-Ghost Protocol.
Filming begins in August which should give Ferguson time to shoot The Snowman alongside Michael Fassbender.
