Andy Samberg, John Cena, & More Race While High In The 'Tour De Pharmacy' Trailer
The bad news is that America, you kinda suck for not checking out Lonely Island's hilarious Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping. I think you're making up for it on home release, but still. The good news is that Andy Samberg has another project coming up soon, and it'll be another sports-themed mockumentary in the vein of HBO's underrated 7 Days in Hell, only this time he'll be tackling the world of cycling.
The first cameo-filled trailer has arrived for HBO and Samberg's Tour de Pharmacy, which is clearly a riff on the Tour de France and the doping scandals. Featuring Dolph Lundgren, John Cena, Daveed Diggs, Orlando Bloom, Freddie Highmore, J.J. Abrams, Mike Tyson, James Marsden, Phylicia Rashad, Julia Ormond, Maya Rudolph, Will Forte and cycling's steroid abusing bad boy himself, Lance Armstrong, this looks like it could be a lot of fun. I mean, just look at Cena, he looks absolutely ridiculous.
Directed by Jake Szymanski, Tour de Pharmacy debuts July 8th on HBO.
