Call me a softy but I got all tingly just watching this trailer. The true story of a Mexican little league team that made it to the 1957 little league World Series, this flick comes off like 'The Bad News Bears' with a heart. There's something about seeing triumph over adversity and discrimination, seeing the undying spirit some people have to achieve something, that really gets me. Not only that but the movie stars one of my favorite upcoming stars, Clifton Collins Jr., who you would know from 'Boondock Saints II' and 'Sunshine Cleaning', this guy is good and shows some real range. And really, who doesn't like a good baseball movie? In any event I'll be sure to have this one on my must watch list next month and I suggest you do the same.
