Jojovich confirms Resident Evil 5 "definitely" will happen

Not that this should come as a surprise to anybody, but Milla Jojovich confirmed that there will be a fifth(!!) installment of the Resident Evil franchise. Resident Evil: Afterlife had the biggest opening weekend of any of the series' films thus far. Of course it also had the benefit of 3-D ticket sales backing it up.  She told Vulture...

Jojovich: “This new Resident Evil is the first one to ever open at number one worldwide. It’s the biggest movie in the franchise,” “So we’re definitely going to make another one.”

The leggy actress also says that the creation of the next film will be an interactive experience, with her husband, director Paul W.S. Anderson possibly seeking fan input and  ideas via Twitter. Hey, I got an idea. Let me tweet it right quick....
