It was one of the movies that defined 80's cinema and launched the careers of more than one actor to superstardom, I'm talking, of course, about Ghostbusters. Now, one decent sequel and 25 years later, we are swirling in rumors about a third installment of the movie. We've heard that the movie will involve the older guys passing off the reigns to a younger generation (rumored to be Seth Rogen and his crew). We've also heard that the Ghostbusters will be a franchise and have offices across the country. From all involved it appeared the only hold out was Bill Murray, and really what's a Ghostbusters movie without Peter Venkman? He did voice work on the video game for the franchise but it appeared he wasn't too keen on completing the trilogy. Well take from this what you will but Murray showed up at the Spike TV SCREAM awards in full Ghostbuster regalia to accept an award for Zombieland, which he had a hilarious role in and also featured some quick shots of the original GB movie. This could be a sign that he's warming up to the idea, it could just be an ironic FU, or it could mean nothing and he just thought it would be funny. In any event we get to see what Peter Venkman would look like close to retirement. Enjoy!
