Looking like it could've been ripped out of a fairy tale novel, or like it should feature some characters from Fantastic Mr. Fox, comes the latest poster for Wes Anderson's Moonrise Kingdom. The film features yet another eclectic mix of stars like most Anderson films tend to, with Bruce Willis, Tilda Swinton, Edward Norton, Bill Murray, Frances McDormand, Harvey Keitel, and Jason Schwartzman, but it's the the two youngest stars, Jared Gilman and Kara Hayward at the center of the new image.
The 1960s set story takes place in a fantasy New England town, which is thrown upside down when two young lovers run away together. Anderson has been in a slump lately, at least on the live-action front, but Moonrise Kingdom looks like it could be his best in years. Even if it isn't, I want that poster hanging on my wall. Moonrise Kingdom opens on May 25th.
