We love us some Rachel Nichols around here, and we've been keeping a close watch on the production of her latest film, Raze. While she's busy breaking bones and taking names alongside Zoe Bell in that awesome fight flick, Nichols has managed to find time to line up her next gig, joining Justin Long in an adaptation of Stephen King's The Ten O'Clock People.
The book was notable for being set in Boston rather than the usual Maine town of King's usual stories. Long plays Brandon Pearson, who uncovers a frightening aspect of reality while trying to kick a smoking habit. Nichols will play a woman who can see this aspect of reality, where many of the authority figures are monsters, in plain sight.
Tom Holland will direct, having previously helmed King adaptations, Thinner and The Langoliers. [THR]
