Whether it was intentional or not, Charlie Sheen is about to meta in a major way with A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charles Swan III, the first film by Roman Coppola since 2001's spy spoof, CQ. Surprisingly avoiding both Venice and Toronto, the reality-bending comedy is now targeting a February release date, with the first surreal images hitting today.
Sheen plays a successful, rich, playboy graphic graphic designer whose fame, charm, and wealth have made him irresistible to women. Bill Murray and Jason Schwartzman play his two best friends, who attempt to pull him out of a serious downward spiral when he's dumped by the love of his life. Downward spirals and Charlie Sheen? Why would anyone think those two things go together? Pfft!
Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Aubrey Plaza, Patricia Arquette, and Kathryn Winnick make up the rest of an impressive ensemble of lovely ladies. Hopefully we'll get to see this at Sundance next year? Check out the rest of the new photos below...[EW]
