New trailer for human trafficking drama 'Eden' starring Jamie Chung

It's been years since Jamie Chung appeared on MTV's The Real World, and it's safe to say she's one of the handful to escape the show and carve out a niche for herself in Hollywood. While she's taken on a number of roles over her career, recently appearing in RZA's The Man with the Iron Fists, it's in the human trafficking drama Eden that she gets her first legit shot at a lead role.

The film has been working the festival circuit for awhile, mostly garnering solid reviews and high praise for Chung's performance. She stars as Eden, a Korean-American woman kidnapped and forced into the sex slavery trade with literally dozens of other abducted girls, some as young as 15.  Beau Bridges and Matt O'Leary play two of the repellent figures who beat, torture, and intimidate the women into submission.  It's a pretty nasty looking film, and considering it's based on a true story that makes it even tougher to watch.

Chung will be seen next wielding the swords of assassin Miho in Sin City: A Dame to Kill For. Eden is written and directed by Megan Griffiths, hitting theaters on March 20th.
