* What's old is new again over at WWE Studios. Not only have they got Dwayne Johnson back for a remake of The Fall Guy, but they recently began developing a sequel to 2006's horror See No Evil. With WWE superstar Kane returning as the evil Jacob Goodnight, genre veterans Danielle Harris (Hatchet trilogy) and Katherine Isabelle (American Mary) have joined the cast. Directed by Sylvia and Jen Soska, the film has the newly-revived Goodnight stalking a group of medical students. [STYD]
* How lucky is Ben Affleck right now? Not only does he get to whoop up on Henry Cavill in Batman vs. Superman, but now he'll get to make out with the gorgeous Emily Ratajkowski in David Fincher's Gone Girl. If you've seen Robin Thicke's 'Blurred Lines' video, and let's face it, it's pretty tough to avoid, then you'll recognize Ratajkowski as the hot topless chick in the unrated version. Seek out the unrated one, if you know what's good for you. The London model-actress will play Affleck's college-aged mistress in the adaptation of Gillian Flynn's novel about a husband suspected in the disappearance of his wife on their fifth wedding anniversary. Rosamund Pike, Tyler Perry, Neil Patrick Harris, Patrick Fugit and Kim Dickens co-star.
* Give it up to Tim McGraw. There aren't many singers-turned-actors who can really make a go of it in Hollywood, but he's definitely one of them. The Blind Side and Friday Night Lights star has now joined Brad Bird's Tomorrowland, which begins filming next week. Starring George Clooney, Britt Robertson, Hugh Laurie, Judy Greer, and Raffey Cassidy, the super-secret film “centers on a bright teen and a former boy-genius inventor as they embark on a danger-filled mission to unearth the secrets of an enigmatic place somewhere in time and space that exists in their collective memory as Tomorrowland.” Tomorrowland opens on December 12th 2014.
