Interview: Willow Shields Talks 'Catching Fire', Working with Jennifer Lawrence, and Prim's Evolution

Katniss Everdeen isn't the only one who undergoes serious changes in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. The same can be said for her younger sister, Primrose, who stood by as big sis took her place in the games. Now in the sequel, Prim is tougher, smarter, and more like Katniss than ever.

It's 13-year-old Willow Shield who has the fortune of playing Prim in the hit series, sharing the bulk of her scenes with star Jennifer Lawrence. Neither was a household name before the first film, and they've had a chance to mature and grow together on set like real sisters. I had a chance to talk with Shields about her experiences joining the franchise, working alongside Lawrence, and her thoughts on Prim as a character.
