As we saw in the
excellent "Prepare for Dawn" viral clip, seven years have passed since
Rise of the Planet of the Apes and in that time the human race has practically been wiped out by the simian flu. It was an excellent piece of footage, one of the few virals that actually accomplished its task of informing the audience and generating excitement. And now 20th Century Fox hopes to keep it going by releasing the first clip for
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.
Jason Clarke, Keri Russell, Kodi Smit-McPhee, and Toby Kebbell are part of a small band of humans hoping to coexist peacefully with Caesar (Andy Serkis) and his tribe of evolved apes. We all know it's not going to turn out well, and perhaps Caesar does too because he certainly doesn't want any humans hanging around.
