Comic-Con: Posters for 'Jurassic World', 'The Walking Dead' Season 5, and Pixar's 'Toy Story that Time Forgot'

By now bags are being packed with Cosplay outfits and flights are being checked in to for this week's San Diego Comic-Con, the annual mecca for geekdom of every stripe. There will be no shortage of SDCC exclusive merchandise, most of it for sale at wildly exorbitant prices, but the studios are also nice enough to drop a few freebies out there in the form of movie posters, and here are just a few that will be on the show floor.

Paramount has released a cool one-sheet for Jurassic World, drawn by artist Mark Englert. He goes on to note that if attendees want to pick up the poster for themselves they should "Text JURASSIC to 834567", which I will be doing as soon as this post is up. Pretty sweet image that would look cool in my man cave.  Jurassic World opens June 12th 2015.

When last we left Rick Grimes and those who survived season four of The Walking Dead, they had been lured into a trap at Terminus, the place they all hoped would their salvation. How they get out of this jam will have to wait until season 5 kicks off in October, but AMC has teased fans with the release of the first poster. Only at Comic-Con do you need one-sheets for TV shows. It's a pretty basic image of the gang looking tough and defiant and except for the presence of Abraham it could probably go with any prior season. The Walking Dead panel will take place on Friday in Hall H and it's usually a pretty fun time if you can get in.

And finally, ABC has unveiled a poster for the new Pixar holiday special, Toy Story that Time Forgot. If the style looks familiar it's because Hellboy creator Mike Mignola drew the image, which features a bunch of dangerous dinosaur creatures. Taking place during a post-Christmas play date, the gang find themselves in uncharted territory when “the coolest set of action figures ever” turn out to be dangerously delusional. It's up to Trixie the triceratops(Kristen Schaal) to rescue her friends if they ever want to return to Bonnie's room. Tom Hank and Tim Allen will of course be back as Woody and Buzz Lightyear, with Kevin McKidd joining as Reptillus Maximus. The poster will be distributed to fans this Thursday.
