Disney may be focused on Star Wars at just this moment, but there will be a new Indiana Jones movie somewhere down the line. It's going to happen, so might as well get ready for it and for it to not have Harrison Ford in it since he's like 100 years old. In fact, previously debunked rumors have mentioned Bradley Cooper and possibly even Robert Pattinson as potential replacements. Now another name has emerged and it's the guy who seems to be at the head of every franchise lately: Chris Pratt.
The Guardians of the Galaxy, Jurassic World, and The Lego Movie star is Disney's choice to lead a revival of the Indiana Jones franchise. Apparently they are just starting to get the gears turning on this one, and starting off with a red-hot star like Pratt would be a good place to begin. He's got the action and comic chops to pull off the role, and audiences genuinely like to watch him.
So we'll see what happens but Disney would be wise to get Pratt signed now if they want any real shot. [Disney]
