The cast of Marvel's Netflix series AKA Jessica Jones keeps getting better. Already with Krysten Ritter set for the lead role of ex-superhero turned detective Jessica Jones, Mike Colter as Luke Cage, Rachael Taylor as Trish Walker aka Hellcat, and David Tennant as the villainous Killgrave aka Purple Man, the show has now added Carrie-Anne Moss from The Matrix.
Moss' exact character is unknown but she will play "a no-nonsense woman who could prove a powerful ally to Jessica…if Jessica doesn’t completely alienate her first."
It's worth noting that two of Jones' closest associates are Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel, who is getting her own solo film in 2018; and Jessica Drew aka Spider-Woman, but it's doubtful Moss is playing either.
AKA Jessica Jones airs later in 2015 as a 13-episode series spearheaded by Melissa Rosenberg.
