With a motormouth like Deadpool's, he has no shortage of enemies who want to kill him. One of his greatest foes was right there when Deadpool became the unkillable Merc with a Mouth we all know and love, and now we know he'll be portrayed by Ed Skrein in the upcoming film starring Ryan Reynolds.
Skrein took to Twitter and confirmed he'll be playing Ajax in the film directed by Tim Miller. Ajax was originally just an enforcer at the Weapon X facility, the same program that gave Wolverine his adamantium skeleton. Wade Wilson aka Deadpool was also there and gave Ajax a hard time, until he retaliated by ripping his heart out, sparking Deadpool's healing factor for the first time. Ajax has increased strength and speed, plus he can't feel pain due to having his nerves removed.
Also starring Morena Baccarin as Copycat, Gina Carano as Angel Dust, and TJ Miller as Weasel, and Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Deadpool opens February 12th 2016.
