We're happy to offer our DC readers a chance to attend a free advance screening of Desert Dancer, starring Freida Pinto (Slumdog Millionaire) and Reece Ritchie (Hercules). The film is based on the inspiring true story of Iranian dancer Afshin Ghaffarian, who risked his life to form an underground dance company in Iran, learning by studying the likes of Michael Jackson, Gene Kelly, and Rudolf Nureyev, whose dance videos had been banned.
The screening takes place on Wednesday, April 8th at 7:00pm at Landmark E Street Cinema. If you'd like to attend this Relativity screening, simply go here and download one Admit Two pass.
