Josh Trank has kept much of his Fantastic Four reboot secret, but nothing was kept more hidden than Jamie Bell as Ben Grimm aka the ever-lovin' blue-eyed Thing. While he's been glimpsed in one of the film's posters and a tiny bit in the trailer, our best look at him has finally been revealed in a handful of images from Empire. It's clobberin' time!
So how does he look? Well, it's better than the Michael Chiklis version which resembled chunks of orange sherbet, but honestly there isn't that much of an improvement here. Presumably he'll look much better moving around and punching things, because that's what the Thing does best. Unless he's fighting the Hulk, then what he does best is lose. Another photo shows the team in explorer mode, probably just before they are bathed in the cosmic rays that alter their forms, and the next image is likely what happens when the government gets hold of them. Nurse, get the scalpel.
