So much for waiting around for the big reveal, eh? Zack Snyder, who had promised to debut a brief tease of the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer on Thursday morning, has jumped the gun and revealed the 20-second preview early. Not only that, but he confirms the full trailer will be available at special IMAX theaters on Monday, April 20th, which you can RSVP for here. Rumors remain that the trailer will be included in front of Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron. Who says Marvel and DC can't get along?
So what does the footage actually show us? Not a heck of a lot, just a logo and a glimpse at Superman and Batman's new costumes. We don't even know if this is actual footage from the movie or just something cobbled together for this tease. Either way, it's going to get fans pumped up for more.
Starring Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Jesse Eisenberg, and Jeremy Irons, with Gal Gadot set to appear as Wonder Woman, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, and Jason Momoa likely to appear as Aquaman, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice opens March 25th 2016.
