If The Wolverine 3 truly is Hugh Jackman's final time popping the claws as Logan, he's going to make sure it's something special. Jackman took to Twitter and debuted the first teaser image for the untitled film, and also asked fans to tweet him with what they want to see from his last appearance.
“My last time putting on the claws. What do you want to see happen? 50 words or less. I’ll read as many as I can.”
The image was first shown at Comic-Con earlier this month, and apparently 20th Century Fox didn't feel it was necessary to explain why Wolverine is giving everyone the finger. While plot details are still under wraps, Jackman teased that it could be based on Mark Millar and Steve McNiven's popular "Old Man Logan" storyline, which takes place far in the future and centers on an aged Wolverine.
Directed by the returning James Mangold, the next Wolverine film opens March 3rd 2017.
