'Kindergarten Cop 2' is a Real Thing, and it Stars Another Member of 'The Expendables'
How would you feel if there was a sequel to Arnold Schwarzenegger's silly, but sorta charming 1990 comedy, Kindergarten Cop? Probably an awful idea, right? But if Schwarzenegger were back....ehhhh, maybe it wouldn't be so bad? Well, what if it didn't feature The Governator, but instead starred another one of his fellow Expendables? Like say....Dolph Lundgren? Impossible, right? Well, no. It's real. It's damn real.
Unbelievably, there is photographic evidence of the existence of Kindergarten Cop 2 starring Ivan Drago/Frank Castle/He-Man himself, Dolph Lundgren. It comes from the website Manly Movies via our friends at Birth.Movies.Death., and the images show Lundgren undercover as a kindergarten teacher as his character tries to locate Federal Witness Protection Program flash drive that has gone missing. Why would it be in a kindergarten? Whatever, why worry about the details? Okay, the details are pretty awesome, actually. The villains are apparently Albanians, which I guess shouldn't offend anyone (other than Albanians) and Lundgren has a sidekick named Sanjit, who sounds like it could possibly offend someone. Of course there's a hot teacher Lundgren hits it off with, too. Or maybe she's just using him to try and get to Sylvester Stallone?
This incomprehensible project is being directed by Don Michael Paul, who hit us with another unwanted sequel in Jarhead 2: Field of Fire. Ofcourse Kindergarten Cop 2 is going direct-to-video, too, and I'm betting the lines at your local Redbox will be a mile long on the day it drops. Check out the photos below and rejoice or get terrified, whatever suits you.
