A colleague once told me that he didn't see any need to see the awful Sylvester Stallone flick Bullet to the Head because, as he put it, "The title tells you exactly how brain dead it is. It's like a bullet to the head"! Well I wonder what he'll say about Blunt Force Trauma, which looks like it could be just as terrible.
A straight-to-DVD ready cast consisting of Mickey Rourke, Ryan Kwanten, and Freida Pinto lead this poor man's Fight Club which centers on two dudes and occasional lovers who are part of an underground gunfighting culture. Yeah, this doesn't look too great, but maybe it could be so bad it's fun? Sadly it doesn't look nearly as enjoyable as The Quick and the Dead with Sharon Stone. I've groaned through that one so many times it's unreal.
Unfortunately, Blunt Force Trauma has yet to gain a release date.
