Jonah Hill And Miles Teller Arm Up In New Look At Todd Phillips' Next Film

Todd Phillips started to get a little serious with The Hangover 3, a film which not a lot of people liked because it was more of a crime movie than a raunchy comedy. It was a tone that is likely to be similar to what is in his upcoming movie, formerly titled Arms and the Dudes, which stars Jonah Hill and Miles Teller as a pair of unlikely weapons dealers.

EW has revealed a new image (the first ones are here) from the untitled film which stars Hill and Teller as Efraim Diveroli and David Packouz, two Miami dudes who somehow won a $300M weapons contract with the Pentagon. Phillips co-wrote the script which is based on the 2011 Rolling Stone article by Guy Lawson.

Hill says, “It is one of the craziest movies I’ve ever been in — in a great way. And
it’s all true.”

Of course, not everybody likes having their story told. Diveroli didn't want to meet with Hill at all to talk about the way he'd be portrayed on screen. Hill adds, “I’m used to it. If a person is aggressively against me playing them, it’s probably a good sign.”

Look for the film to open on August 19th.
