Those few words perfectly encapsulate the predicament Pi(newcomer Suraj Sharma) faces in Ang Lee's adaptation, Life of Pi, and in this new clip he makes a desperate bid for rescue by sending that message adrift in a bottle.Of course, anyone who is likely to find it will think it's a joke. Or worse, they'll think the tiger has eaten him by now so why bother?
Does Life of Pi have what it takes to be an Oscar contender? If we went solely on breath-taking visuals, it would be no contest. We'll find out if there's more to it than that when Life of Pi opens on November 21st.
