New Trailer For Disney's 'Zootopia' Features A DMV Run By Sloths

While Pixar gets most of the attention, Walt Disney Animation has been pushing a few boundaries themselves of late. And the directors behind two of their most impressive features, Tangled and Wreck-It Ralph, have joined forces on Zootopoia, a 3D animated comedy set in a world of talking animals.

Directed by Rich Moore and Byron Howard, the film features the voices of Ginnifer Goodwin, Jason Bateman, Alan Tudyk, Idris Elba, Shakira, J.K. Simmons, Jenny Slate, and more. Here's the official synopsis:

The modern mammal metropolis of Zootopia is a city like no other. Comprised of habitat neighborhoods like ritzy Sahara Square and frigid Tundratown, it’s a melting pot where animals from every environment live together—a place where no matter what you are, from the biggest elephant to the smallest shrew, you can be anything. But when optimistic Officer Judy Hopps (voice of Ginnifer Goodwin) arrives, she discovers that being the first bunny on a police force of big, tough animals isn’t so easy. Determined to prove herself, she jumps at the opportunity to crack a case, even if it means partnering with a fast-talking, scam-artist fox, Nick Wilde (voice of Jason Bateman), to solve the mystery.

This one seems to be more for the kiddies than anybody else, but that gag with the slow-moving sloth at the DMV grew tiresome pretty quick.

Zootopia opens on March 4th 2016.
