New 'Kick-Ass' banner kicks ass!

Easily one of our most anticipated films here at The Punch Drunk Critics, the upcoming graphic novel adaptation 'Kick-Ass', has released this awesome looking character banner. 'Kick-Ass' tells the story of Dave Lizewski, a high school comic book geek who decides to become a real life superhero, c'mon who hasn't wanted to do that at some point! I guess the real twist to the story is that Dave has no real motivation his parents weren't killed by mobsters or anything he just decides one day, "Hey, I wanna be a superhero". The graphic novel was written by Mark Millar, who did 'Wanted', so I'm expecting good things from this one keep an eye out for more on this one and we'll put it out as it comes.

Strangely the poster has Chris D'Amico as Red Mist, the role that McLovin himself Christopher Mintz-Plasse was supposed to play....hmm have to look into this further.

Thanks to IGN.com for the banner!
