Hayden Christensen Battles the 'Untot'; Luke Evans has 'Three Seconds'
Hayden Christensen will headline the upcoming zombie thriller, Untot (which means "undead" in German), directed by video game designer Kris Renkewitz. Set in 1944 at the end of WWII, the story follows an elite military unit dropped behind enemy lines in Poland to destroy a Nazi weapons facility, but find they must also battle through the undead. Sounds like somebody's been watching too much Dead Snow.
Luke Evans has landed another leading gig, even though he's yet to be proven as a box office draw. He'll star in Three Seconds, penned by Matt Cook and centering on "a man who is dispatched by the FBI to infiltrate the Polish mafia’s New York drug trade. Forced undercover in maximum security prison when his cover’s sprung and he’s abandoned by the FBI, his only chance of survival is to break out of the prison or die.” Otto Bathurt, who has helmed episodes of Black Mirror, will direct.
